You can use Qasa as a tenant without a Finnish social security number – search for apartments, create a profile, and contact landlords. A security deposit will be required.
We want to create a safe rental market for both tenants and landlords. If you do not have a Finnish social security number, you are still able to use our site or the services offered on it as a tenant. The following features are available without the Finnish Bank ID:
Searching for apartments.
Creating and publishing a profile in the "Find a Tenant" feature.
Communicating with landlords.
Signing the Rental Agreement
Normally, rental agreements are signed on our site using Finnish online banking credentials or a Mobile ID. If you do not have these, the agreement must be signed with the assistance of our customer service.
To sign the contract, we will need specific documents from you to verify your identity. When you are ready to sign an agreement, please contact our support team. We are happy to help and guide you through the process!
Please note: If you lack a Finnish personal identity code and banking credentials, you will always be required to pay a security deposit when using Qasa's lease.
